We had excellent service and would highly recommend this family owned company to our family and friends.  Brandon was excellent and kept us informed throughout the ordering and preparation process. He made this experience seamless.  Once the windows arrived, we set up "installation days" and their team of professionals showed up on time  for three consecutive days and with an excellent disposition.  They handled the windows with care, paid close attention to the fine details, patched up where needed, and cleaned up leaving us nothing to do. I was quoted a very competitive price and ordered the impact windows and French doors. They arrived on time and were professionally installed  in two days! The installation team were very neat, knowledgeable, courteous and damn good at their job. They cleaned up after being done every day and I’m very pleased with the quality of the the products and the workmanship. I have had a bad experience in the past with an impact windows and doors company so when I hired Patriot Windows I had my doubts. However they were all left behind with the good attention from everyone. Also the professionalism of Many Forte and Ricky was excellent and had very good communication skills. Patriot Windows and Doors company installed my impact windows.  Their team is amazing, from the office staff to the installation team everyone is very professional. They show up on time, they pick up after themselves with no mess while they work and their communication skills is on point. Ricky and Miguel's crews from Patriot Windows and Doors went above and beyond to ensure that the job was completed correctly and on time. They installed twenty six pieces, the crew supervised by Ariel and Miguel, who were very professional and have great work ethics. They were very clean during and after the job was completed daily.  We highly recommend Patriot Windows and Doors to due any installation also, the Sales person Nelson was extremely professional and checking the job every other day.
